Stuart Hale iPad Evening

Last night we had the Stuart Hale evening with parents which was amazing!  It was great to see those parents from room 6 there. 
One of the main things that stuck out for me was that if we want to embrace and engage with this technology then it has to 'light our fire'. 
Here is something called 'augmented reality'. This is something that amazed me and has the children buzzing!

The children have named these two creatures...
At the top is Igloo 
and the dragon is called Ferno.

If you would like to know more about augmented reality or the iPads please feel free to come in and ask any questions or just give it a go!

    Yes it was a great informative & interesting evening! I really enjoyed it. Thomas might be lucky enough that we get an iPad at home soon - just going to start saving up now! :)
    Great to see the augmented reality being used.
